Jewelry Care

To remove oils and debris on all jewelry, wash with dish soap and a soft cloth/toothbrush. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storage.

Silver:

Store in an airtight bag when not wearing on a regular basis to prevent tarnish. Pieces can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or liquid jewelry cleaner. 

Gold plate:

Store in an airtight bag or soft pouch when not wearing on a regular basis. Do not use polishing cloth or liquid cleaner. Clean with warm water and dish soap. Avoid using abrasives or chemicals to clean gold pieces.

Bronze/Brass:

Our bronze and brass pieces are solid and unsealed. They will begin to patina when exposed to water/sweat and air. We believe that is a beautiful part of the journey and makes the piece even more personal. But if for any reason you want to clean your piece, instructions are below.

To remove build-up and grime, use dish soap and warm water and rub vigorously with your hands or soft cloth/paper towel. Rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent waterdrops.

To remove patina and dark spots, squeeze half a lemon and 2 Tbsp of baking soda into a small bowl. Bury piece in the bowl/spread paste over piece. Let sit for 5 min and rub in paste with soft cloth/paper towel until clean. Rinse with water and dish soap and dry thoroughly.

Delivery:

Some jewelry pieces are made to order.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

All special orders will be followed up by a confirmation email. Pieces in stock will be shipped in 3-5 days. 

Made to order Jewelry:

Silver jewelry will take 1-2 weeks to ship.                                                                  Gold jewelry will take 2-4 weeks to ship.

If it is a rush order, please inquire in advance for an inventory check as well as rush delivery.

All packages will be shipped in branded box and pouch, via USPS First class or  Priority Mail.

RETURNS:

For items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days of arrival for an RA#. Item will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to customer.

All other jewelry can be exchanged for a piece that is of equal or greater value within 10 days of shipment arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any returns at this time.
